Filmed the same week we did 'Ako Mi Ti Poju' & 'All Around the A'. One of which went on to win the 2010 Channel O Music Video Award for Most Gifted Hip hop video. SO with all the time constraints and not wanting to give up on working with two great artists I enlisted the help of a fellow director Ziggy Hofmeyr. The concept was a collobrative creative effort but hats off to Ziggy for putting in a massive effort in the finer details. I enjoyed working with Dama Do Bling, she's a very energetic and exciting artist to work with. I also think it was also awesome to work in Alexandria township again. The people were so excited to see a video of this size being filmed in their neighbourhood, most of them spent the whole day watching our every movement. We even featured the kids in the video at the end. The dancers freestyling in the video are part of the Umojo cast which performs at the Victory Theatre, very professional and patient people.
